There are a few ways to place an order for Huggable Toys. You can place an order online, via email, over the phone, and, if you’re a wholesale customer, with our sales reps. We are happy to help you should you have any queries.

If you are having difficulties placing an order online, please email a copy of your order (shopping cart) along with your name, shipping and address and payment to address. Be sure to include a daytime phone number and your preferred email so we may contact you further if required.

Good question! Unfortunately, imports are currently taking a little longer than usual and we may not always be able to get the items in as quickly as we hope. It is best to use the Notify Me button on an item you like, where you will receive an email once it is back in stock.

Absolutely!  Huggable Toys is an importer and wholesaler of wonderful plush toys to retailers all around Australia.  Please contact us or create an account with your ABN and business name to gain wholesale pricing access.

We love supporting our local and small businesses that are Huggable stockists, and we encourage you to purchase your Huggable Toys from your local stockist. Please visit this page to search.

We understand not all retailers will have what you are looking for, if it is not stocked in an area near you, our website is open 24/7 and with your login you will be able to purchase your Huggable Toy at RRP.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery fees apply on all orders unless otherwise specified. A redirection fee may apply if notice is not given at time of placing the order with regard to opening hours or incorrect address.

We ship from our main warehouse in Perth, Western Australia and believe our rates to be competitive

When your toys are ready to be shipped, you should receive a despatch notice to your email. Please allow at least 24 hours before trying to track to allow scans, etc. to update.
If you haven’t received your order or think it is taking longer than normal, please email us asap so we can begin enquiries from our end.

The pandemic has greatly impacted courier services, many seeing delays due to large increases in workload. We therefore thank you for your patience in this time and wish health and safety for you, your family and friends.

Huggable Toys would also like to acknowledge and thank the frontline workers, doctors, nurses, ambulance drivers, couriers, grocery store workers, and all involved in providing services in these trying times.

Currently Huggable Toys ships within Australia, to New Zealand and to selected international countries. Please be aware all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and inquire for more information

We do our very best to pick, pack and despatch your order within a timely manner, most times within two business days. However, for various reasons this may be impacted.
If you live in Australia, transit time depends on what method you choose, with most couriers (once despatched from us) taking 4-7 business days to most capital cities. International shipping will vary (once despatched from our warehouse) from approximately 7-14 business days to New Zealand.

If it has been sent with Australia Post and has an “authority to leave” then, if deemed safe by the delivery driver, it will be left at the premises and a photo should be taken and sent to you of the location. If the delivery driver deems the location unsafe, your parcel will be sent to your local Post Office for collection

All international parcels require a signature upon delivery as we include insurance on your parcels for your security.

Please contact us immediately, noting your order number, and the correct address and we will endeavour to change the details for you.

Australian customers, if your order has already shipped, and you have registered on MyPost, you can re-direct parcels up to an hour before delivery by logging on.

International customers, if your package has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address once it is en-route. We apologise for this inconvenience. If you need to reship, we encourage you to place a new order, checking the delivery address. Once we have received your original parcel, we will offer a full refund of the product price, minus shipping costs.

We encourage anyone buying our toys outside of Australia or considering shipping to another country, to read the customs requirements of the intended country.


We do not accept returns for change of mind. All other claims must be made in writing by email to within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any claims/returns not notified and authorized will not be accepted. No goods will be credited without prior written authorization by Huggable Toys Head Office. If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately via email

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order once it has been submitted to our warehouse for dispatch.

Oh no! Please contact us immediately (or within 7 days of receipt of order) and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Contact us via phone on (08) 9303 9252 or via email, and if you can assist by emailing photos, that would be appreciated. We can then arrange for a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, due to the shapes and sizes of our toys, gift wrapping inevitably gets destroyed in transit so we are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time.

At the bottom of every email newsletter we send, there is a link to Unsubscribe. Simply click this link to be removed from future mailings.

We are always flattered when asked to help out. As you can imagine, due to the huggable nature of our products, we get asked this a lot. Unfortunately, we cannot help everyone. At this stage, we already have a full programme and we wish you all the best with your venture.

Plush Toy Care

We know plush toys can get dirty with everyday use and may need a clean from time to time. Preferably don’t place them in a washing machine or dryer as they may risk slight damage, instead, we recommend hand-washing your Huggable Toy in warm water and leaving it to drip dry.


We adhere to state and federal guidelines and update our requirements accordingly

  • Staff in our warehouse regularly clean and wash hands. Alcohol-based hand sanitiser is readily available throughout the warehouse, and at the entry/exit to our showroom and warehouse.
  • As part of mandatory state requirements, we encourage you to sign in via the SafeWA app or by checking in on our contact register
  • All frequently touched areas and surfaces are cleaned several times a day
  • Our sales rep is required to use alcohol-based hand sanitiser before and after all appointments
  • If masks are required, we adhere to the local guidelines and ensure visitors to our premises do so as well
